• Angle Plates provide a practical means for clamping and holding work in vertical position for layout, tooling and machining. Angle Plates are also used as a vertical reference for inspection and tooling purposes. They make an ideal fixture for shaping, planning, milling, grinding, drilling and boring operations.
• Angle Plates are webbed AS WELL AS OPEN ENDED and provided with cored slots on both working faces to facilitate clamping. Made from close grained plain cast iron . Castings stress relieved. Hand scraped surface finish for Greater accuracy. Vertical face is of T-slotted Angle Plates provided with horizontal machined T-Slots and the base / table face is having cored slots. Precision ground flat and square. Acurracy of 0.0004” per 6” length ( 0.01mm per 150mm length ).
